KS95 Hunger Challenge for Walk to End Hunger

Post and KS95 LogosWalk to End Hunger and Post Consumer Brands have teamed up to challenge Ryan and Fish, hosts of the KS95 morning show, to step into the shoes of someone who is food insecure in Minnesota.

Starting this morning at 7 a.m., Ryan and Fish will eat on an $8 food budget for 50 hours. This is based on the national average budget that many struggling individuals and families have for food, once they’ve paid rent and other essential bills.

If Ryan and Fish complete the Hunger Challenge, Post Consumer Brands will donate 90,000 bowls of cereal to Second Harvest Heartland.

Join KS95 and Post Consumer Brands in their support of local hunger relief by making a donation or registering for the Walk to End Hunger. The Walk to End Hunger is a family-friendly 5K fun walk hosted by 15 local hunger-relief organizations and presented by The Mosaic Company.
