Welcome to the Partner Portal!  

Second Harvest Heartland is proud to partner with community organizations with a shared goal to end hunger together. This portal offers resources and tools to support three types of partnership:

• Agency Partners: food shelves or meal programs that order from our warehouse and/or receive food rescue from local retailers.
• Kitchen Coalition partners: Kitchens that cook free prepared meals or organizations that distribute those meals prepared by partner kitchens.
• CSFP partners: organizations that distribute pre-packed food boxes to seniors. 

Here partners can find tools and resources that help programs run smoothly, review important food safety and civil rights training, find reminders about upcoming closure days, and access the Heartland Hub ordering system, grant portal or Meal Connect.
