Order Guidelines

Orders can be started 10 business days before your delivery/ pick up date. We recommend shopping frequently in order to maximize our inventory!
The deadline for ordering is 12:00pm two business days prior to delivery/pick up. For example, the deadline for a Wednesday delivery is the previous Monday at noon. The deadline for a Tuesday delivery is the previous Friday at noon.
Please pay attention to pack size, item limits and expiration dates on inventory.
Unsubmitted orders will remain in the program’s unsubmitted orders for 24 hours or the order deadline (whichever comes first) before items are returned to stock and the order is deleted.
All orders, pick up or delivery, must be at least 500 pounds.
Winter weather reminders
- Please thoroughly clear snow and ice to allow our truck to reach your delivery location including shoveling and de-icing pavement.
- Ensure the path to the door is at least four feed wide to accommodate a pallet jack and pallets.
- A driver may not be able to complete your delivery if they deem the area unsafe.
