Local Restaurants Put the “Dish” in Dish: Cuisine for Change

Each year, local chefs generously donate their time, talent and the ingredients to create gourmet small plates for guests to enjoy at Dish: Cuisine for Change. This year’s event, to be held on Thursday, April 21 at the Saint Paul Rivercentre will feature gourmet food from 19 local restaurants. Without their support, Dish would not be possible.
