Neighbor Story Survey

Share Your Story

Your story matters. First-hand understanding of food assistance programs and their impact is essential to building programs and policies that ensure all Minnesotans have access to the food they need. We want to hear from you whether you’ve used SNAP, food shelves, or other programs, and whether your experience is current, recent, or many years ago. Your story can help spread awareness of how these services support households throughout Minnesota. This survey is completely voluntary.

Which food assistance programs have you used?   Select all that apply.
When did you or your household use these programs? Select all that apply.

Thank you for your willingness to talk with us about your experience.
