Consent to Usage Rights to Your Story

I hereby authorize and grant a perpetual, non-revocable, transferrable license to Second Harvest Heartland, and their affiliates, successors, licensees, agents, and assigns, as well as partners, and entities affiliated with Feeding America (“Authorized Persons”) collect, edit, publish, and distribute the story submitted here across media, which includes but is not limited to website, social media, annual reports, fundraising appeals, and/or advocacy materials (“Materials”). I agree that the Materials may be edited by the Authorized Persons in their sole discretion and used in whole or in part in any form, format, manner, or media, now known or hereafter devised, for any distribution purpose, throughout the world in perpetuity, without any further payment to me, and without the need to seek my approval. I understand and agree that the Materials may be used by any of the Authorized Persons including, without limitation, in connection with and to promote Materials and any other products or benefits derived therefrom. I represent that I have the right to enter into this Agreement and that my participation and the rights I have granted in this Agreement will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding I have with any other person or entity. I agree that my participation is entirely optional and will not affect my access to food assistance or program services and carries no financial compensation or royalties. I expressly release Second Harvest Heartland and all other Authorized Persons from any and all claims arising out of any use of the Materials.

Por la presente autorizo y otorgo una licencia perpetua, irrevocable y transferible a Second Harvest Heartland y a sus afiliados, sucesores, licenciatarios, agentes y cesionarios, así como a socios y entidades afiliadas a Feeding America (“Personas Autorizadas”), para recopilar, editar, publicar y distribuir la historia enviada aquí en distintos medios, incluidos, entre otros, sitios web, redes sociales, informes anuales, solicitudes de recaudación de fondos y/o materiales de promoción (“Materiales”). Acepto que las Personas Autorizadas podrán editar los Materiales a su entera discreción y utilizarlos, en su totalidad o en parte, en cualquier forma, formato, manera o medio, conocido actualmente o desarrollado en el futuro, para cualquier propósito de distribución, en todo el mundo y a perpetuidad, sin pago a mí y sin necesidad de solicitar mi aprobación. Entiendo y acepto que los Materiales podrán ser utilizados por cualquiera de las Personas Autorizadas, incluidos, entre otros, en relación con los Materiales y para promoverlos, así como cualquier otro producto o beneficio derivado de ellos. Declaro que tengo derecho a celebrar este Acuerdo y que mi participación y los derechos que he otorgado en este Acuerdo no entrarán en conflicto ni violarán ningún compromiso o acuerdo que tenga con otra persona o entidad. Acepto que mi participación es completamente opcional y no afectará mi acceso a asistencia alimentaria ni a servicios del programa, y que no conlleva compensación financiera ni regalías. Libero expresamente a Second Harvest Heartland y a todas las demás Personas Autorizadas de cualquier reclamación que surja de cualquier uso de los Materiales.
