Dine Out to Support Restaurants that Make Hunger-Relief a Priority
The Twin Cities restaurant community could use our support right now. We know many of our neighbors and local businesses have been shaken by recent events and returning to a place of stability does not happen overnight. It is going to take time for our community to recover and return to routine life.
Please join us in supporting our Twin Cities restaurant community. Our work to end hunger is uplifted throughout the year by an amazing collective of generous restaurants and chefs who champion our mission, fundraise to support our neighbors, and advocate for a community where all have the food they need to thrive.

As you plan your next brunch, dinner, or celebration, we hope you’ll visit one of the Second Harvest Heartland partners highlighted below. Thank you for giving back to those who give so much to us!
Churchill St.
This Shoreview restaurant is characterized by warmth, for neighbors and one another. Churchill St. has been supporting Second Harvest Heartland year-round since 2023. When you order a cup or bowl of the seasonal soup at Churchill St., they’ll donate 50 cents in support of our Kitchen Coalition program.
Craft & Crew Hospitality
Craft & Crew Hospitality’s President & Owner, David Benowitz, is a member of our Second Harvest Heartland Chef’s Council and a generous partner in our mission. The team at Craft & Crew Hospitality readily supports our mission, plugging in to make a difference in many ways such as through the games and auction at our Dish Gala, by donating a portion of sales during our September Meals that Matter campaign, and more.
Fhima’s
Chef David Fhima is a member of our Second Harvest Heartland Chef’s Council and one of the earliest partners of our Kitchen Coalition program that launched in 2020. To date, Chef Fhima and his team are preparing and distributing 1,000 – 1,5000 prepared meals each week through Kitchen Coalition, in partnership with Second Harvest Heartland. Beyond Kitchen Coalition, Chef Fhima has been part of our Meals that Matter campaign by donating a portion of Mother Dough Bakery sales and recently was interviewed during our End Hunger Together Radiothon on News Talk 830 WCCO.
Pizza Luce
If you follow Pizza Luce online, you’re no stranger to the fact that their team is deeply dedicated to so many important causes in our community. Each November, their “Share the Love” campaign supporting Second Harvest Heartland invites customers to donate at checkout, and Pizza Luce generously matches up to $10,000. In six years, their support has helped provide nearly 232,000 meals for our neighbors experiencing hunger.
Punch Pizza
The team at Punch Neapolitan Pizza is the magic combination of generous and dedicated. A partner of Second Harvest Heartland for sixteen years and counting (!), the Punch Pizza team rolls up their sleeves in our volunteer center each year to pack food for our community. In addition, their annual fundraising campaign raises critical support to meet the needs of our neighbors, providing more than 228,000 meals to date. Mark your calendar: March 23-27, when you donate $10 to Second Harvest Heartland at Punch, you'll receive a $12 coupon to redeem at your next visit.
Spoon and Stable
Chef Gavin Kaysen is a member of our Second Harvest Heartland Chef’s Council. He recently wrapped the 2025 Synergy Series, hosting and collaborating with famous chefs from across the country to put on tasting menu dinners, which benefited Second Harvest Heartland. Chef Kaysen’s generosity as an ambassador and partner through Synergy Series helped provide 120,000 meals to our neighbors during a critical time.
