In her role at Schwan’s Company, Stacey Fowler Meittunen has responsibility for research and development, new product portfolio management, corporate innovation strategy, cross-business growth platforms and core food platform alignment. She leads a team of process and packaging engineers, food scientists, nutrition, culinary, strategic technology, labeling and regulatory affairs professionals.
Stacey has over 25 years of experience in the food industry with an emphasis and passion for new products and portfolio value creation. At Schwan’s, she has held positions in both research and development and marketing. Stacey has also served as the senior executive vice president and general manager at Bellisio Foods, where she had responsibility for food-service sales, marketing and operations, corporate research and development, and quality assurance. Stacey earned her bachelor's degree in food science from North Dakota State University and a master's degree in business administration from The Carlson School of Management.
