3M — Vice President, Lean Six Sigma & Quality
David Kadrie is the Vice President of Lean Six Sigma & Quality, responsible for 3M’s global continuous improvement culture. Lean Six Sigma fuels business results and develops future 3M leaders with two-year Master Black Belt and Black Belt assignments. In addition, David leads 3M Corporate Quality and 3M’s Optimized Operations Program; which hires top engineering and supply chain talent into the company. He has worked at 3M for 26 years in various marketing, business and functional leadership roles. He was part of the leadership team that launched Six Sigma at 3M. David served on active duty for six years as an officer in the United States Navy prior to joining 3M. David holds a BAS degree in Political Science from Northwestern University (Evanston, IL), and he received an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He is also a certified Master Black Belt. David sits on the Second Harvest Heartland Board. He has previously served as Chair, Board of Directors for Lifetrack, a local non-profit focused on serving Minnesota families facing life’s greatest challenges. .
