Thank you for visiting the University of Minnesota's Borlaug  Food & Fund Drive page. Our Food & Fund Drive benefits Second Harvest Heartland, the Upper Midwest’s largest hunger-relief organization.
 
Our community’s working families, children and seniors are in need like never before. Food delivery to the food shelves, soup kitchens and shelters that make up the distribution network for Second Harvest Heartland’s Food Bank program has increased over 40% in just the last year.
 
The rising need means that our Food & Fund Drives are more important than ever. Each $1 we raise allows Second Harvest Heartland to deliver $9 worth of healthy food to our hungry neighbors.

Non-perishable food donations can be delievered to 190 Coffey Hall on the U of M's St. Paul campus.

Our food poundage goal is: 1,500 pounds  

So far, we've raised 100 pounds of food!  We will continue to update this number as the drive goes on!
