When Fiorenzo Dogliani of Batasiolo Winery visited the Twin Cities last month to promote his wines at Haskell's Wine & Spirits, he came bearing over a pound of white truffles as a gift for his friend Jack Farrell. Now that’s a tremendous amount of truffles even for Jack so he decided to put Mr. Dogliani’s generous gift to good use and partner with chef Vincent Francoual of Vincent A Restaurant to create an extravagant truffle tasting menu to benefit Second Harvest Heartland this holiday season.

Join Jack and Vincent, Wednesday, December 17, in celebrating these magnificent truffles. Vincent will be preparing a 4-course dinner showcasing this amazing product and Jack will pair wines with each course, including some from Batasiolo winery.
