Give to the Max Day: November 13 12am-12pm
Give to the Max Day is the great Minnesota give together: a day when thousands of Minnesotans raise millions of dollars for local nonprofits. Since its inception in 2009, GiveMN has raised more than $95 million for Minnesota nonprofits and schools.
This year, Second Harvest Heartland has a generous matching grant of $100,000 from The Mosaic Company Foundation, plus even more in matching funds from individual donors. You can sign up for a Give to the Max Day reminder email, to be delivered to your inbox on November 13.
Why is Give to the Max Day important to Second Harvest?
Last year, our supporters raised $570,607 for Give to the Max Day – enough to provide food for 2 million meals for hungry kids, working families and seniors in our community. In 2013, Second Harvest Heartland was 5th on the leaderboard and received an extra $1,000.
