Second Harvest Heartland directly supports 950 non-profit member agencies and programs that provide food and support for the ill, the needy, working families, seniors and children to 59 counties in our Minnesota and Wisconsin service area.

Please note that Second Harvest Heartland does not provide direct food assistance to families and individuals (except through our commodity supplemental food program), but we do provide food to soup kitchens, food shelves, and shelters.
