Proceeds from the opening night event benefit Second Harvest Heartland. Watch the trailer.
Iron Fork – October 18
Join us October 18 from 6pm-9pm at the International Square in downtown Minneapolis for the annual City Pages’ Iron Fork event, where local chefs battle to see who can create the most appetizing dish from a secret ingredient. This Iron Chef-style event is always fun, and proceeds benefit Second Harvest Heartland! Last year’s event raised over $3,000—enough to provide 11,100 meals to our hungry neighbors!
You can also sample signature dishes from local restaurants, enjoy samples of beer and wine, and see local bartenders compete for the title of Best Bartender. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here. Tickets are $30 in advance, $40 at the door, or just $45 for a special VIP ticket that entitles you to exclusive seating and butler-passed appetizers. Ticket prices include wine, liquor and beer samples as well as signature dishes from 20 local Twin Cities’ restaurants.
Hope to see you at one of these important community events!
