September is Hunger Action Month, a nationwide campaign to mobilize the public to take action against hunger. As a member of Feeding America's nationwide network of food banks, we're asking you to support Second Harvest Heartland and those we serve by taking action to raise awareness about the problem of hunger in our service area.

There are three ways you can take action this Hunger Action Month:

Volunteer:
Volunteer for the Double Down Challenge and every hour will be matched with a $5 donation from Bremer Bank, up to $50,000.

Sign up for a volunteer shift here.

Donate:
Donations made in September will be matched by UnitedHealthcare, up to $50,000. Donate here.
$1 provides 6 meals.

Create Awareness:
Show your support by wearing orange on September 3 for Hunger Action Day and all month long. You can also dedicate your Facebook status, host a Food & Fund Drive, or watch for more unique ways to get involved.

Visit 2harvest.org/ham to get involved today!
