Second Harvest Heartland provides food to 1,000+ member agency programs, including food shelves, shelters, kitchens, child care and after-school programs, senior dining and group homes. Our members serve individuals, families, seniors and children living in rural, suburban and metropolitan areas in 59 counties of Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We are honored to partner with members to make food distribution to hungry people more efficient and affordable.
